Our Real Estate NFTs feature is officially live! Over 80% of Asset Tokens are now staked and being used to earn extra yields in our NFT ecosystem. Asset Token holders can now earn additional LAND rewards while still benefiting from monthly rental income and property appreciation. To celebrate, let’s continue to spread the word about Landshare’s Tokenized Assets by kicking off our very first NFT week event — an upgrade contest!
How it Works
On top of the regular rewards given with the NFT feature, we will be holding a property upgrade competition with additional prizes being awarded to those who perform the most upgrades on their NFTs. Over the next 2 weeks (ending on 4/22 at 4PM CST), we will be monitoring the status of your NFT progression and upgrades. The 5 NFTs with the highest Yield Multiplier at this timestamp will receive the following prizes:
- 1st place: $75 LAND
- 2nd place: $60 LAND
- 3rd place: $40 LAND
- 4th and 5th place: $25 LAND
Note: Winners will be based on the effective yield multiplier at the cutoff time. This takes your property durability into account, not just the property with the most upgrades. Be sure to keep your property fully repaired!
